The Break Through Binge Eating Coaching Program includes a one hour individual virtual weekly coaching session with Beth Riley and a weekly virtual support group led by Beth Riley. The program is limited to 8 participants which means you will have the space you deserve to process your feelings and thoughts in the group and make meaningful connections with the other participants. The program is based on Beth’s cutting edge new book “Break Through Binge Eating: The Simple Solution to Ending your Struggles with Food and Your Body”. In these 8 weeks, you will learn to finally let go of behaviors that interfere with your ability to thrive in mind, body and spirit. Through working with Beth and following her program, you will heal your relationship with food, exercise and body image for good and find the inner peace you deserve.
