What is the Break Through Binge Eating 8 week Program?
It is a cutting edge coaching program based on Beth Riley’s new book “Break Through Binge Eating:The Simple Solution to Ending your Struggles with Food and your Body.” The 8 week program consists of one hour a week of individual coaching with Beth Riley, a certified eating disorder specialist and therapist with 22 years experience helping women end their self-destructive eating patterns, stop hating on their bodies and find inner peace.
Also included in the program are: a weekly support and process group with the other 3-7 participants.
All sessions are held virtually through our secure and easy to use portal. All you need is a laptop or a phone to join.
